Every vehicle is different, so pricing and time depends on the size of your vehicle, its condition and the level of service you choose. 

Yes, appointments are recommended to ensure we have enough time set aside for your vehicle. Walk-ins may be available depending on our schedule, but booking ahead is the best way to guarantee service.

When you arrive, we'll inspect your vehicle together and discuss your goals and any areas of concern. We'll recommend the services that best fit your needs, provide an estimate, and answer any questions before work begins. Once approved, we'll give you an estimated completion time. About 1 hour before your vehicle is finished, we'll contact you so you can plan for pickup.

Professional detailing is much more than washing a vehicle - it's a skilled trade that requires knowledge, training and experience. 

At Encore Auto Detail, we have years of hands on experience, have completed professional training, and are certified in advanced detailing and ceramic coating installation. We understand how to safely care for every surface of your vehicle using the proper products, tools and techniques for each material.

Aircraft detailing requires specialized knowledge that goes beyond automotive detailing. The products and techniques that are safe for vehicles aren't always appropriate for an aircraft, as aviation materials, operating conditions are fundamentally different. Hiring a trained aircraft detailer helps protect your investment by preventing costly damage caused by improper chemicals or cleaning methods.

Ceramic coating is a durable protective layer applied to your vehicles paint that helps repel water, dirt, UV rays and environmental contaminates. It also makes washing your vehicle easier and enhances gloss. Coatings add value to your vehicle, and depending on the coating you choose and how the vehicle is maintained, protection can last from 1-5+ years.

Yes - Light scratches, swirl marks and oxidation can be significantly reduced or removed through paint polishing or paint correction. However, deep scratches that extend below the clear coat may require touch paint or body repair.

Absolutely. Even new vehicles often have dealership-installed swirl marks, light contamination and hazy windows. A detail and ceramic coating adds value to your vehicle and helps keep it looking its best from day one.

In most cases, yes. We have specialized tools and cleaning products that can remove pet hair, stains and odors. Severe staining or long-term odors may require additional treatment, which we'll discuss durning your vehicle inspection.

Yes - We can safely clean and sanitize minor mold or mildew. Heavy mold contamination may require additional treatment or, in severe cases, replacement of affected materials.

Vehicle pricing is based on the size of the vehicle, including interior & exterior surface area, and the time required to properly complete the service. For example, a full-size truck may have a Large or XL exterior but a medium interior, while a midsize truck may have a medium exterior but a Small interior. Examples:

• Small:  Compact cars, coupes and sedans. (Honda Civic, Toyota Camry)
• Medium: Crossovers, 2 row SUV's, midsize trucks.  (Honda CRV, Toyota Rav4)
• Large: Full-size trucks, Large SUV's, 3rd row vehicles. (Honda Pilot, Toyota 4runner, F150)
• XL: Long-bed trucks, oversized SUV's, van interiors. (Suburban, Yukon XL, Ford Expedition, F250, F350, Chrysler Town & Country interior)

Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and the level of service needed.

Yes - A professional detail does more than just clean your vehicle. It helps preserve and protect your interior and exterior, removes buildup that regular washing misses and restores that "like new" feel. It can also help maintain your car's value over time, which is especially important if you plan to sell or trade it in later.

At this time, we do not offer detailing for RV's, boats, large trailers or motorcycles. We specialize in detailing cars, trucks, SUV's, vans and aircraft.

We currently perform all services at our fully equipped shop, where we have access to proper lighting, equipment, controlled temperature and products needed to deliver the highest-quality results. 

If you don't have a ride after dropping off your vehicle, we may be able to provide a local ride upon request, depending on our schedule. Just let us know when booking your appointment and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
